test: fix query test

String keys are prefixed with /, which was causing failures as it
expected key without the slash.

Checked and it now runs on go-ds-flatfs

add non-channel query iterator method

This avoids the use of a channel.

Avoid creating unnecessary strings when key is already in correct format

namespace: correctly handle case when prefix is empty

Add RawKey function and make use of it.

Avoids some unnecessary creation of strings.

Make sure buffer size of wrapper datastores match underlying datastore.

Fix channel buffer size in namespace datastore to use KeysOnlyBufSize

Update .travis to run only on 1.7 and tip

Fix typos and stale comments
