This isn't the *correct* fix but it (mostly) restores the previous behavior. Note 1: It *also* fixes resolution of `/ipld` paths by avoiding `path.FromCid`. Note 2: This does not preserve the error. We now configure the ping service in go-libp2p by default. Instead of creating a new (duplicate) ping service, we can now just (a) rely on this to handle incoming pings and (b) use the "Ping" function to ping peers. License: MIT Signed-off-by: Steven Allen <steven@stebalien.com>

* Always check errors returned by emit. Otherwise, we may not notice when the client goes away. * Make sure to use EmitOnce instead of Emit when appropriate. Otherwise, we break javascript.
